Yahoo Buzz Opens to All Publishers & Web Sites

Yahoo Buzz is now open to all publishers and web sites. Yahoo announced that any Yahoo user can now "buzz up" any content from any publisher on the Web.

Yahoo Buzz launched in February of this year, as a Digg competitor. It was locked down to about 100 publishers and grew to over 400, since then. Yahoo said they have over 5 million users that have participated in the site. But now, any user can submit any web page, on the web.

Publishers can get their Yahoo Buzz buttons at http://buzz.yahoo.com/buttons and any user can submit content to Yahoo Buzz over at http://buzz.yahoo.com/submit.
